摘  要:测定煤样在不同氧浓度下的耗氧速度,是煤炭自燃研究和理论分析计算的关键问题。为了获得工作面煤样在不同氧浓度下的耗氧速度,采用封闭耗氧实验新方法。该方法根据实验罐内煤氧化过程中氧浓度变化特有的规律,间接获得所需参数,可获得更大信息量。通过对煤样氧化特性的实验研究,了解了煤样在常温情况、不同氧浓度下的耗氧速度以及与CO的生成比率,为判定煤样的自燃级别和进行采空区自燃数值模拟提供了重要参数。The key of coal combustion research and theoretical calculation is to measure the oxygen consumption velocity of coal sample at different oxygen concentration. To obtain the oxygen consumption velocity of coal sample at different oxygen concentration, the closed oxygen consumption experiment was adopted. The closed oxidation experiment can get the needed parameters indirectly according to the special law of oxygen concentration change during the oxidation process, the more information can be obtained through the experiment. Through the research of coal oxidation characteristics experiment, it can be obtained the oxygen consumption velocity and the relation between and the carbon monoxide production velocity at different oxygen concentration under the condition of normal temperature. The results can provide the important parameters for the judge of coal sample spontaneous level and the simulation of spontaneous in goaf.
