摘　　要：通过对纺纱企业传统开清棉设备运行状态和值车工作的安排调查、分析,提出了用改变传统开清棉设备生产流程排列的方法,达到减少用工的目的,为传统纺织设备减少用工提出了一个新的思路。The working performance of traditional opening and cleaning equipments and operation scheduling in spinning enterprises were investigated and analyzed. The new method of changing the production process arrangement of these equipments was put forward in order to reduce labor, which provided a new thought for labor cut of traditional textile equipments.
