摘　　要：产业链建设作为对传统产业改造的必经之路,在唐山市传统产业改造和升级的过程中日益受到重视,而以提高产业附加值为关键目标的产业链建设中,依靠科技支撑已成为共识。文章通过对科技支撑唐山市传统产业改造和产业链建设的实证研究,给出了具体的改造和建设策略。The construction of industry chain, as the only way to transform and upgrade traditional indus- tries, is gaining more and more attention in Tangshan, and there is a broad consensus that the upgrading should be supported by science and technology with improving the industrial added value as the key goal. The authors of this paper put forward some specific strategies for the reform of traditional industries and the construction of the industrial chain supported by science and technology in Tangshan City on the basis of empirical studies.
