摘　　要："协同创新"战略是新时期国家发展的新范式。它提出的背景是世界大科学的整体趋势和我国科技与经济"两张皮"现象的存在。系统科学理论尤其是系统论和协同学是"协同创新"战略的理论基础,"协同创新"战略的实施有利于提升国家自主创新能力。The strategy of ＂collaborative innovation＂ is a new paradigm in modern China, which resulted from ＂mismatch＂ between the overall trend of the world big science and the technology and economy of the country. System science theory , the system theory and synergetics in parti- cular, is the basic theory of the ＂collaborative innovation＂ strategy, and the implementation of the strategy of collaborative innovation helps to enhance national capacity for independent innovation.
