血清标本低温保存前后降钙素原检测结果的比较

摘　　要：目的：比较血清标本在2～8℃放置72h前后的PCT检测结果，探讨PCT检测标本是否可以血清形式保存于冰箱而不影响检测效果。方法：应用罗氏2010电化学发光免疫分析仪，测定15例血清标本在2～8℃放置72h前后的PCT浓度，两组结果的比较采用2组间比较，采用重复测量资料的方差分析。结果：重复测量资料的方差分析显示，F=3.622，P=0．078（P〉0．05），两组数据差别无统计学意义。结论：PCT检测标本可以血清形式保存于冰箱72h而不影响检测结果。Objective： To compare the Procalcitonin（PCT） concentration in serum before and after preserved at 2-8℃ for 72 h, to investigate if the serum could be preserved at low temperature for PCT testing. Methods： PCT concentration in the serum before and after preserved at low temperature（2-8℃ ） were detected by Elecsys 2010 immunoanalyzer, and the differences were estimated using Repeated measures analysis of variances. Results： The results of repeated measures analysis revealed that there is no statistics significance in the difference between the two groups（F = 3. 622, P = 0.078）. Conclusion： The serum could be preserved at 2 - 8℃ for 72 h for PCT testing.
