摘 要:聚碳酸酯(PC)有优异的力学性能和化学性能,因而应用广泛。但光、氧、温度和湿度等环境因素作用会导致聚碳酸酯的性能发生变化。为改善聚碳酸酯材料的抗老化性能,必须充分认识其老化机理,进而有目的地进行防老化改性。本文分析了物理老化、光氧老化、热氧老化这三种老化反应的作用机理,介绍了聚碳酸酯由老化引起的结构和性能的变化;综述了近年来聚碳酸酯老化行为研究的新进展及对经典理论的新诠释,同时提出今后研究的方向。Polycarbonate (PC) is one of the most widely used engineering thermoplastic owing to excellent physical and chemical properties. However, environment factors such as light, oxygen, temperature and humidity result in changes of the performance of polycarbonate. In order to improve performance of anti-aging of polycarbonate materials, it must be completely understood the mechanism of the aging process, and then purposefully modified. Three polycarbonate material aging reaction mechanism of physical aging, light oxygen aging and thermal oxygen aging are analyzed in this paper. At the same time, the structure and properties of polycarbonate changes caused by aging changes are introduced. Finally the paper also reviews the new progress of polycarbonate aging behavior research in recent years and a new interpretation of classical theory, puts forward future research direction at the same time.
