肾动态显像在小儿先天性肾积水中的临床应用

摘　　要：目的 :探讨肾动态显像对小儿先天性肾积水的诊断要点及临床价值。方法 :用99mTc -DTPA肾动态显像对31例单侧肾积水患儿进行了检查 ,其中5例行手术前后比较。对患肾功能进行了定量分析。结果 :轻度肾积水10例 ,中度肾积水12例 ,重度肾积水9例 ,其患肾功能依次下降 ,分别为(45 26±9 33) % ,(34 52±9 41) % ,(18 74±7 82) %。5例患儿术前患肾功能为(25 44±13.36) % ,术后为(36 81±12 40) % ,平均提高了11 37 %。结论 :肾动态显像可正确反映肾积水及肾功能受损的程度 ,为临床手术治疗及疗效判定提供参考。Objective:To discuss the clinical value of renal dynamic imaging in the diagnosis of one lateral hydronephrosis in children.Methods:31 cases with hydronephrosis were studied by 99mTc-DTPA renal dynamic imaging.Five of them underwent the renal dynamic imaging in pre and post operation.The quantitative analysis of renal function of hydronephrosis was performed.Results:The more obvious hydronephrosis was,the worse the renal function was.Mild hydronephrosis (10 cases):(45.26±9.33)%,moderate hydronephrosis (12 cases):(32.52±9.41)%,severe hydronephrosis(9 cases):(18.74±7.82)%.The renal function of 5 cases was (25.44±13.36)% in pre operation,and up to (36.81±12.40)% in post operation.Conclusion:The renal function and the level of hydronephrosis can be evaluated according to the renal dynamic imaging.In addition,the renal dynamic imaging will offer references for operation and therapeutic efficiency of hydronephrosis.
