髋关节滑膜嵌顿症21例临床分析

摘　　要：目的:探讨髋关节滑膜嵌顿症的临床诊治。方法:于2007年7月～2013年6月选择在我院诊治髋关节滑膜嵌顿症21例为研究对象,予卧床休息、避免负重;患肢皮牵引及手法整复给以解除嵌顿。结果:21例患儿均治愈,无跛行,步行无痛,下蹲正常,"4"字试验和旋转屈髋试验阴性,双下肢等长。结论:髋关节滑膜嵌顿症较易误诊及漏诊,应详细询问病史,仔细查体,常规行B超或MRI检查了解有无滑膜嵌顿。Obej ctive：To investigate the ways for diagnosis and treatment of synovial entrapment syndrome of hip .Methods：21 patients with synovial entrapment syndrome of hip were selected in our hospital from July , 2007 to June, 2013.All were suggested to stay in bed and avoid weight-bearing.To treat the entrapment , the wounded limb was dealt with skin traction and restoration treatment .Results：All the fifteen children were recovered and presented with no limp and Leg length discrepancy , and normal walk and squat .The tests of “4”and the test of Hip joint to go around and crooked were negative .Conclusion：It might be easy to be misdiagnosis for the establishment of synovial entrapment syndrome of hip .It should be necessary to inquiry of medical history , do physical examination carefully , and perform B-type ultrasonic and MRI inspection .
