摘 要:采用TTC法测定种子活力,称重法测定刺山柑(Capparis spinosa)种子吸水率及滤纸法测定种子发芽率;研究划破种皮与物理化学组合处理(温度、GA3、PEG、KNO3)对刺山柑种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。结果表明:刺山柑种子千粒重为4.098 g,种子活力为90%。划破种皮处理后吸水率、发芽率分别为40%、44%,与对照相比均差异显著(p<0.01)。划破种皮,温度、GA3、PEG和KNO3处理对种子萌发及幼苗生长均有促进作用(p>0.05),其中45℃、200 mg/L GA3、10%PEG和4%KNO3处理效果较好(p>0.05);与对照相比划破种皮处理能够提高发芽率(p<0.01),其中划破种皮与200 mg/L GA3组合处理发芽率最高,为70%。The seed germination rate of Capparis spinosa L.was very low,this study was aimed to explore the possible ways for breaking the seed dormancy of Capparis spinosa L.Seed vigor was determined by TTC,Water absorbing rate and germination rate of the seeds were also determined by weighing method and filter paper method ; The effects of cutting seed coat and physico-chemical treatments (temperature,GA3,PEG,KNO3) on seed germination and seedling growth of Capparis spinosa L.were investigated.The result indicated that the thousand seed grain weight was 4.098 g and seed vitality was 90%.After the seed coat was cut,the water absorbing rate and germination rate was 40% and 44% respectively,they were exhibited significant differences (p<0.01) compared to the control which water absorbing rate and germination rate was 21% and 5% respectively.The seed coat cut or not,treatments by temperature,GA3,PEG and KNO3 played the promotive roles in seed germination and seeding growth (p > 0.05),including the treatment of 45 ℃,200 mg/L GA3,10% PEG or 4% KNO3 had the promotive roles on seed germination and seedling growth (p > 0.05) ; they were exhibited significant differences (p < 0.01) compared to the control which the seed coat was cut can improved germination rate (p <0.01),including the treatment of cutting and 200 mg/L GA3 which the seed can reached the highest germination rate(70%).
