摘 要:通过对削角永磁体进行分析与设计,使无刷直流电动机产生的谐波分量少,齿槽转矩小。首先利用解析法推导出削角永磁体与气隙磁密、齿槽转矩之间的关系,并利用Maxwell 2D有限元分析软件对永磁体不同削角进行对比与分析,找出最佳削角,并制作了样机。最后通过永磁体有削角与无削角电机的仿真结果与样机试验进行对比分析,验证了该方法的正确性,对改善无刷直流电动机性能具有实用价值。The technique of magnet chamfering for bruskless DC motor to reduce harmonic arul cogging torque was in troduced. The rdationships of magnet chamfering between air-gap flux, cogging torque were obtained by analytic method, finite element analysis software of Maxwdl 2D was employed to compare and analyse the different chamfering of permanent magnet, the optimal magnet chamfering was found, and the motor was manufactured. Finally, the comparative analysis of simulation and test results of normal permanent magnet and chamfering show that the method has correctness and accuracy, and it is significant to improve characteristics of bruskless DC motor.
