摘 要:基于ANSYS有限元仿真软件,运用APDL语言,针对一种磁悬浮平台的空载磁场进行了命令流建模和仿真分析,从中得到了磁场分布与悬浮受力的关系,并进一步分析了磁悬浮平台多结构参数与悬浮力之间的变化规律。仿真结果揭示了磁悬浮平台结构多参数变化对悬浮力的影响,从而为磁悬浮平台的结构参数优化设计及其悬浮控制提供依据。In this dissertation, APDL language of ANSYS was used for the command stream modeling and simulation nalysis about the open-circuit magnetic field of amagnetic suspension platform, from which the relationship between the magnetic field distribution and the levitation force was obtained. And further the variation law between the structural param eters of the magnetic suspension platform and the levitation force was analyzed. The simulation results indicate the rdation ship between the levitation force and the variation of the structure multi-parameters of the magnetic suspension platform, and also provide the basis for structural parameters optimization design of the magnetic suspension platform and suspension control.
