摘 要:回顾采用非互补控制策略的有源钳位反激变换器的工作原理。介绍反激式光伏微型并网逆变器的工作原理。详细分析有源钳位对逆变器输出电流波形的影响,推导输出电流的数学表达式,指出在某些时段会产生输出电流的畸变。针对开环控制方式不能抑制输出电流畸变的问题,提出采用输出电流闭环的控制方式,改善输出电流的波形质量,降低谐波含量。采用变PI控制策略,保证了整个功率范围内逆变器的高质量输出电流波形。仿真并搭建一个230 W的实验平台,在闭环控制下得到了较好的输出电流波形。实验结果表明,闭环控制方式可有效抑制输出电流畸变,并取得了最高94.2%的效率,验证了理论分析的正确性。The operation principle of an active clamped flyback converter with non-complementary control was reviewed and the operation principle of a flyback type micro PV inverter was also introduced. Affects on inverter's output current by the active clamp operation mode was analyzed in details. Mathematical expression of the output current was deduced and current distortion existing during some time was pointed out. For open loop control could not suppress the current distortion, a closed loop control method was proposed to improve quality and to reduce harmonics of output currents. A variety PI control method was adopted under different power ratings, to guarantee high quality of output currents in whole power range. Simulations and a micro inverter prototype of 230 Watts were built, and good output current waveforms under closed loop control were obtained. Experimental results show that the proposed closed loop control method can effectively suppress distortion of output currents, while maintaining a high efficiency reaching up to 94.2%.
