摘　　要：目的:调查扬州市0~6岁残疾儿童现况,掌握其残疾患病率、各种残疾所占比例、患病情况、发现时间的分布情况、残疾的严重程度及致残原因,为相关部门制定相应政策与干预措施提供科学依据。方法:按照江苏省残联、省卫生厅、计生委等部门联合制定的标准设计问卷,对扬州市0~6岁残疾儿童进行调查分析。结果:共调查出残疾儿童328例,占所调查儿童总数的0.045%,儿童残疾患病率为4.30‰。儿童残疾中,言语、肢体、智力残疾分别为43.2%、41.9%、42.9%,视力残疾、听力残疾与言语残疾的程度较轻,肢体残疾程度差距不大,精神残疾轻度与中度所占比例均较大。结论:为降低残疾儿童发生率,应减少和控制出生缺陷发生,并重点开展对新生儿的疾病筛查工作。Objective： To carry out disabled children aged 0 -6 years old from Yangzhou current status, observe their disability prevalence, the proportion of all kinds of disability, sick, the distribution of finding disease time, the severity of the disability and the cause of disa^gility, provide scientific basis for formulating the corresponding policies and intervention measures to relevant departments. Methods： Questionnaire was designed according to the standards formulated by such departments of Jiangsu Provincial Health, Family Planning and Disabled Persons＇ Federation, disabled children aged 0 - 6 years old from yangzhou were investigated and survey data were analyzed. Results： 328 disabled children aged 0 - 6 years old were investigated, accounted for 0. 045%, prevalence rate was 4. 30 ‰. Words, body, mental disability accounted for 43.2%, 41.9% , 42. 9% respectively. Severity of the disability in eyesight disabled, hearing disability and verbal disabled were lighter, gap of limbs deformity degree was not bigger, proportion of moderate and middle dgree mental disability was larger. Conclusion： To reduce the incidence of disable children, they should be done including decreasing and controlling birth defect, paying attention to the screening for the neonatal disease.
