复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈HPV感染的效果分析

摘　　要：目的：探讨复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈感染HPV的效果。方法：抽取2012年12月-2013年6月吉林大学第一医院肿瘤妇科门诊中宫颈感染HPV的患者131例，随机分为治疗组70例和对照组61例，治疗组给予复方沙棘籽油栓阴道上药3个月，对照组不使用药物治疗，两组均于3个月后行TCT及HPV检查，试验期间均禁止性生活。结果：治疗组转阴率54．29％，有效率31．43％，总有效率85．71％；对照组转阴率34．43％，有效率36．07％，总有效率63．93％，两组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论：复方沙棘籽油栓治疗宫颈HPV感染具有显著效果，可以进行临床推广应用。Objective： To investigate the curative effect of the treatment for compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository to cervical HPV infection. Methods： 139 patients who infected cervical HPV infection in December 2012 to October 2013 of Jilin University the first hospital Cancer Gynecologic department, were chosen and randomly divided into treatment group （70 cases） and control group （61 cases） .Patients in the treatment group were given 3 months for compound sea buekthorn seed oil vaginal suppository on the drug. Patients in the control group were not treated with drugs. Patients in two groups underwent TCT and HPV test after treatment. Sex life was prohibited during the test. Results： Negative conversion rate was 54. 29%, efficiency rate was 31.43%, the total efficiency was 85.71% in experimental groups. . Negative conversion rate was 34.43% , efficiency rate was 36.07% , the total efficiency was 63.93% （ P 〈 0.05 ） in control group. There was statistically significant difference between the two groups. Conclusion： The treatment of the compound sea buckthorn seed oil suppository to cervical HPV infection has a significant effect, which can have a widely clinical application.
