摘  要:为提高复杂井的固井质量,采用模块化设计方法研制出244.5 mm×177.8 mm多功能尾管悬挂器,提出了5种典型的模块组合,重点分析了其中3种模块组合的特点及适用井况。基于内嵌卡瓦旋转尾管悬挂器的模块组合在胜利、塔河等油田完成34井次的现场应用,均实现了坐挂、丢手等功能,能够保障固井作业的顺利施工;基于浮式塞帽的模块组合在南堡和胜利油田完成2井次的现场应用,验证了浮式塞帽模块能够较好地适应现场复杂井况;基于高压封隔装置的模块组合在中海油涠州区块成功使用5井次,井队验证封隔环空压差达到15 MPa以上,装置密封良好。To improve the cementing quality of complex wells, the modular design method was used to develop the φ244.5 mm × φ177.8 mm multi-functional liner hanger. Five typical modular combinations were proposed. Their features and adaptability were analyzed. The analysis focused on three of the combinations. On the basis of built-in slip rotating liner hanger, the modular combination completed the field application 34 well-times in Shengli Oilfield and Tahe Oilfield, achieving the functions of setting and releasing. It could ensure the smooth cementing. The modular combination on the basis of floating plug cap completed the field application two well-times in Nanpu Oilfield and Shengli Oilfield, verifying that the module of floating plug cap could desirably adapt to the complex well conditions. The modular combination on the basis of high pressure pack-off device was successfully used five well-times in Weizhou Block of CNOOC. The drilling crew verified that the pack-off annular pressure difference was over 15 MPa, with a desirable sealing effect.
