摘 要:在井下数据无线电磁短传系统地面模拟试验平台基础上,完成了信号传输幅频特性试验。确定信号传输较稳定、衰减程度较小的频段为1~7kHz。但采用调幅方式进行信号传输时易受外界干扰,存在较大波动,最终确立了通过调频方式传输信号的新方案。分别基于函数发生器1CL8038和单片机2种方案对信号发射装置进行设计,并完成标定试验。试验结果表明,该信号发射装置工作稳定,信号采集精确,这为井下数据无线电磁短传系统的进一步研究打下了坚实基础。On the basis of ground simulation test platform for downhole data wireless electromagnetic short-dis- tance transmission, tile test of signal transmission amplitude-frequency property was completed. It was determined that the frequency band of 1 -7 kHz is the band in which signal transmission is relatively stable and the attenuation is slight. Meanwhile, it was found that signal transmission through amplitude modulation is liable to external disturb- ance and thus of remarkable fluctuation. Finally, the new scheme of transmitting signals through frequency modula- tion was determined. The signal transmitting device was designed according to the two schemes which were based on function generator ICL8038 and microcontroller respectively. The calibration test was completed. The test findings show that the designed signal transmitter operates stably, with a precise collection of data. This research has laid a solid foundation for the further study of downhole data wireless electromagnetic short transmission system.
