摘 要:为了研究肥大细胞在非洲鸵鸟肠道黏膜免疫中发挥的作用,试验采用肥大细胞特殊染色法———甲苯胺蓝染色法,研究鸵鸟肠道中肥大细胞的形态特征,以及形态和数量随着鸵鸟日龄增长的发育性变化。结果表明:鸵鸟肠道肥大细胞只分布在黏膜层,其他层没有发现。90日龄鸵鸟肠道肥大细胞有轻微脱颗粒现象,成年鸵鸟肠道肥大细胞脱颗粒现象明显。肥大细胞的数量随着鸵鸟日龄的增长而增多,每个日龄肥大细胞数量从十二指肠到直肠都是先增加后减少。说明肥大细胞的发育成熟是黏膜免疫成熟的标志,在肠道黏膜免疫中发挥重要作用。In order to study the role of mast cells on the intestinal mucosal immune in African ostriches, the morphological characteristics of mast cells in the intestinal tracts of the ostriches, as well as the developmental changes of the morphology and the number of mast cells in the intesti- nal tracts with growing ostriches at the day of age, were studied with the medthod of a special staining, namely, toluidine blue staining. The re- suits showed that mast cells were only distributed in the intestinal mucosa of the ostriches, not found in other layers. A phenomenon of slight mast cell degranulation was discovered in the intestinal tracts of the 90 -day -old ostriches, and the phenomenon in the adult ostriches was ob- vious. The number of mast ceils was increased with the increase at the day of age. The number of mast cells from the duodenum to the rectum was first increased then dec~'eased in each period. The results indicate that the maturity of mast cells is a sign of maturity for mucosal immune ; it plays an important role on the intestinal mucosal immune.
