摘  要:为了研究不同水平烟酸对高精料日粮条件下肉牛增重和饲料转化率的影响,试验将30头始重约400kg的西杂肉牛随机分为5组,1组为对照组,饲喂添加1.0%碳酸氢钠的精料;2,3,4,5组分别在精料中添加200,400,600,800mg/kg烟酸,不添加碳酸氢钠,试验期为63d。结果表明:在高精料日粮条件下,添加烟酸可以提高肉牛生产性能,且烟酸的作用效果主要体现在试验前期(0~28d);5组效果最好,试验前期5组肉牛平均日增重和料重比分别为1.92kg和6.29,与对照组相比差异显著(P〈0.05);2,3,4组增重效果和料重比与对照组差异不显著(P〉0.05)。To study the effects of different levels of niacin on weight gain and feed conversion rate in beef cattle under the condition of high - concentrate diets, 30 Simmental cross cattles with an initial weight of about 400 kg were selected and randomly divided into 5 groups. The treat- ment 1 was fed the concentrate diet supplemented with 1% NaHCO3 and served as a control group, and the other four treatment groups were fed the concentrate diet supplemented with niacin of 200,400,600 and 800 mg/kg, respectively. The feeding trial lasted for 63 days. The results showed that the production performance of beef cattle could be increased by adding niacin under the condition of high - concentrate diets, and the effect of niacin was mainly reflected in the first period of this trial (0 to 28 d). The effect of the group 5 was the best on promoting growth. the ADG and F/G of fattening beef cattle in the group 5 were 1.92 kg and 6.29 : 1 in the first period of this trial, respectively; there was a sig- nificant difference compared with the control( P 〈 0.05 ) ; while there were no significant differences in the average daily gain (ADG) and the average ratio of feed to gain (F/G) for the groups 2, 3 and 4 compared with the control ( P 〉 0.05 ).
