摘 要:为了有效控制猪发酵床垫料所含重金属对环境和人类的危害,试验采集北京市大兴某生态养猪场不同使用时间的育肥猪发酵床垫料,用干法灰化、盐酸溶解和原子吸收仪对其中的重金属残留进行了测定分析。结果表明:使用1~3年的发酵床中铜、锌、铅、镉、砷最高含量分别为178.82,251.36,1.71,0.23,8.34 mg/kg,含量均低于国标最高允许量。说明使用3年的猪发酵床垫料重金属残留不影响其资源化再利用。To effectively control the hazards of heavy metals to the envil^onment and human beings resulting from the bedding of pig fermentation bed during the utilization of resource, it needs to monitor the contents of heavy metals in the bedding. The beddings of fermentation bed for fatte- ning pig were collected from a farm in the suburb of Beijing at different time of use, the residues of heavy metallic elements were determined and analyzed using dry ashing,dissolution with hydrochloric acid and atomic absorption spectrometer. The results showed that the highest measured contents of copper, zinc,lead, cadmium and arsenic from the fermentation bed used for 1 to 3 years, were 178.82,251.36,1.71,0.23, and 8.34 mg/kg respectively, which were all lower than the allowed maximum amount in the national standard. The results indicate that the heavy metallic residues from the bedding of the fermentation bed used for 3 years, does not affect its resource recycling.
