摘　　要：目前国内外图书馆保障弱势群体公共信息获取权益的研究表明,图书馆具有为弱势群体服务的"先天"优势,图书馆为弱势群体服务是履行其社会责任的重要手段,有助于维护社会民主和公正,体现社会包容。因此,为提升图书馆保障弱势群体公共信息获取权益能力,应构建弱势群体公共信息获取权益保障机制;为弱势群体提供具有针对性、差别性、高效性和可操作性的公共信息服务;完善我国公共文化服务体系,实现公共文化均等化;积极发挥图书馆公共空间功能,提升弱势群体信息素养。At present, researches on the library guaranteeing public information access rights of vulnerable groups show that the library has special advantages of serving for vulnerable groups, it is the important mean of social responsibility of the li- brary, serving for vulnerable groups contributes to maintaining the social democracy and fair, reflecting the social inclusion. Therefore, for improving the ability of library guaranteeing public information access rights of vulnerable groups, we should construct the guarantee mechanism of public information access rights for vulnerable groups, provide public information services with direction, difference, high efficiency and operation; perfect the public culture service system of China, and reflect equalization of public culture, play the role of public space of the library actively, and improve the information literacy of vulnerable groups.
