摘　　要：文章采用案例研究的方法,以数字出版产业为典型案例,对信息资源产业链结构进行研究,提出了信息资源提供方、信息资源所有权方、信息技术提供方、信息服务提供方的产业链结构,并对各个独立主体的角色和功能进行了基本分析,归纳了其在发展过程中所表现的基本特点及存在的主要问题,基于此指出构建信息资源产业链应关注技术作用以及向综合体发展。Taking the digital publishing indust~ as a typical case, this paper studies the information resource in- dustry chain, proposes the structure of information resource providers,information resources owners,information technology providers and information service providers, analyszes the basic roles and functions of the individuals, summaries the basic characteristics and main problem of their performance in the development, points out the inspiration to information resource industry chain building with the research.
