摘　　要：心血管疾病已是危害人类健康的第一杀手。女性的心血管疾病发病有其特殊规律性,与性激素水平密切相关。激素治疗与心血管疾病的相关性,长期以来都是备受关注的焦点。随着越来越多的临床干预研究,早期使用激素治疗所带来的心血管保护作用已逐渐显现。Summary：Cardiovascular disease has become the most common cause of death. The incidence of cardiovascular disease in women has its own special regularity, which is closely related with the levels of sex hormones. The relevance of hormone therapy and cardiovascular disease has always been the focus for a long time. More and more clinical intervention researches had indicated that there was a potential cardiovascular protection by hormone therapy in the early stage of menopause.
