摘　　要：近年来,海洋生态经济研究取得了突破性进展,但与陆域生态经济系统研究相比,国内外学者对海洋生态经济社会系统的理论研究仍较薄弱。在海洋生态状况加速恶化、海洋生态经济系统非协调运行凸显的背景下,从海洋生态经济系统的基本内涵出发,对当前我国海洋生态经济系统非协调发展的具体表现进行剖析,确定其协调发展应达到的总体目标,并构建出用以促进协调发展的海洋经济主导型、海洋生态主导型、海洋社会节约型三种基本模式,以期为我国海洋生态经济可持续发展提供参考。In recent years, marine ecological and economic research has made breakthrough, but compares to terrestrial eco-economic system, the study of marine eco-economic system＇s theory is still weak. In the context of marine ecological deteriorative conditions and marine eco-economic system non-coordinated operation, from the basic concept of the eco- economic system, analyzes specific performance of non-coordinated development of current eco-economic system in China, determines the overall objective of coordinated development, then builds three basic models： marine economy-oriented model, marine ecosystem-based model, marine society saving model to promote marine eco-economic system＇s coordinated development, so as to make up for lack of current research.
