摘　　要：在联合国粮农组织启动的GIAHS项目推动下,国际社会兴起了农业文化遗产的保护和利用热潮,对于农业文化遗产保护的研究也引起了国内外学者的广泛关注。水产文化遗产是农业文化遗产的重要组成部分,探讨水产文化遗产的概念及特点,分析其保护与发展面临的问题和挑战,制订其保护与发展战略和政策,不仅是开展中国重要农业文化遗产保护与发展战略研究的一项重要工作,而且对于维护渔村景观、保护水产生物多样性、传承传统水产文化、促进我国渔业可持续发展都有着极其重要的现实意义和深远的历史意义。为此,文章基于GIAHS项目框架探讨了水产文化遗产的内涵及外延,水产文化遗产的功能特点,以及保护与发展战略、政策等问题。Promoted by the GIAHS project started by FAO, the international community has raised a boom of agricultural heritage systems, and research of agricultural heritage systems protection has also attracted the attention of scholars at home and abroad. Fisheries heritage systems is an important part of agricultural heritage systems, so the discussion the concept and the features of fisheries heritage systems, analysis of problems and challenges of it, and its protection and development strategy and policy, not only are the important work of carrying out China important agricultural heritage systems protection and development strategy research, but also have vital reality and historic significances for maintenance of fishing village landscape, and protection of aquatic biological diversity, and heritage of traditional fisheries culture, and promotion of fisheries sustainable development. This article discussed the connotation and denotation of fisheries heritage systems, features of the fisheries heritage systems and its protection and development strategy and policy issues based on the framework of the GIAHS project.
