摘　　要：为提高作物秸秆商品化利用,设计了小方捆秸秆切碎压捆打包机。该机采用单缸柴油机作为动力,液压驱动方式,结构紧凑,通用性好,适应性强,可适用于玉米、高粱等作物秸秆的切碎压捆打包作业。试验结果表明:在机器稳定运行时,捆包密度平均为584.06kg/m3,打包成捆率约为100%,生产率为78包/h,作业质量符合设计要求;机具结构设计合理,为农作物秸秆综合利用提供了技术支持。In order to improve the utilization of crop straw products, the small square bales of straw chopping bale packing machine was designed. The machine adopts the single cylinder diesel engine as power, hydraulic drive, compact structure, good versatility, adaptability, and and it can be applied to corn, sorghum and other crops straw shredding bale packing operation. Test results show that ： in the machine run steadily to the average density of 584.06kg/m3, packaged into bundles rate is about 100% , the productivity is 78 bags / hour, work quality meets the design requirements; ma- chine has reasonable structural design, provide technical support for comprehensive utilization of crop straw.
