摘　　要：阐述了吊篮式烟草移栽机移栽机构的工作原理和结构,通过分析计算及1:1的建模,验证了吊篮式烟草移栽机构的工作速度和移栽机构结构件的形状;通过对该机构运动关系的理论分析和计算,确定了主要技术参数;根据主要技术参数,设计出移栽机构的主要部件。样机试制和实验表明,该机构工作性能良好,栽苗效果优良,结构紧凑,使用操作方便。This paper describes the working principle and structure of transplanting mechanism basket tobacco transplan- ting machine, through the calculation and analysis of the 1 ： 1 modeling and validation work speed and transplanting mechanism basket tobacco transplanting mechanism of the shape, the relation between the mechanism movement theory a- nalysis and calculation, to determine the main technical parameter design. According to the main technical parameters, design of the main parts of the driving disc transplanting mechanism, connecting rod, crank, face cam and planting de- vice. Through prototype trial and experiment, it has good performance, excellent effect of planting seedlings, compact structure, convenient use and operation.
