云南农机专业合作社发展中存在的问题与对策

摘　　要：2004年以来,国家相继出台一系列促进农业机械化、农机工业和农机专业合作社又好又快发展的法律、法规和文件,为我国农机行业的发展提供了良好的政策环境,使农机社会化服务组织进入新的发展阶段。为此,阐述了我国农机专业合作社的发展背景,分析了云南农机专业合作社的发展状况及特点,总结了云南农机专业合作社发展过程中存在的问题,提出了促进云南农机专业合作社健康发展的对策。Since 2004, a series of the law, regulation and documents about the development of agricultural mechaniza- tion, agricultural machinery industry and agricultural machinery cooperatives have been issued by our government, its have provided the good policy environment for the development of agricultural mechanization in China, made the socializa- tion service organization of agricultural machinery into new development stage. The paper have expounded the development background of agricultural machinery cooperatives in China, analyzed the statues and characteristic of agricultural ma- chinery cooperatives in Yunnan, summarized the question of agricultural machinery cooperatives in Yunnan, put forwar- ded the countermeasures which promoting the development of agricuhural machinery coooeratives in Yunnan.
