摘  要:设计一种新型的节流装置,节流装置具有导向定位功能的新型孔板,整体组合取消笨重的法兰,其上下游直管采用外圆和内圆嵌入式结构,孔板与测管采用内嵌式结构连接,测气嘴兼有测量和定位功能,并具有防丢失功能的测气嘴密封帽,节流装置具有安装快捷、拆卸方便,便于清理和校准、不易腐蚀等特点。A new kind of throttling device was designed, which had new orifice plate with positioning feature and cancelled a heavy flange connection in overall combination; the up and down straight pipes of the throttle device used outer and inner circles embedded structure ; orifice plate and measuring tube of the throttle device used the embedded structure ; the gas nozzle had measurement and tar- geting capabilities, and had measured gas nozzle sealing cap with anti - lost function, the throttling device had characteristics of quick installation, easy disassembly, easy clean -up and calibration, low corrosion.
