摘 要:以建庄煤矿4-2104综放工作面回风顺槽返修试验段为工程依托,运用钻孔窥视测试技术对顺槽围岩可注性进行分析。结合顺槽围岩裂隙分布特征及其锚注技术加固机理,在原支护方案的基础上制定了锚注方案和监测方案。最后得到了建庄煤矿4-2104综放工作面回风顺槽在锚注段和非锚注段顺槽的围岩变形规律。结果表明,在4-2104综放工作面回风顺槽中运用锚注技术可以满足工程需要。Taking the repair and test section project of return air crossheading at 4-2104 fully mechanized caving face in Jianzhuang Coal Mine as the background, the technology of in - situ test with borehole camera was applied to analyze groutability of the surrounding rock of crossheading. The crack distribution characteristics of the surrounding rock of the crossheading and the reinforcement mechanism of bolt - grouting technology were combined together. The bolt - grouting program and the monitoring program were given on the basis of the original scheme. At last, the surrounding rock deformation law of grouting section and non - grouting section in the return air cross- heading at 4 -2104 fully mechanized caving face in Jianzhuang Coal Mine were also obtained. The results showed that the bolt - grouting technology in the return airway crossheading at 4-2104 fully mechanized caving face could satisfy the engineering requirements.
