摘  要:探讨缺氧时细胞外不同钙离子浓度对神经细胞坏死程度的影响。方法 :使用体外培养 1 2~ 1 4天大鼠大脑皮质神经细胞 ,随机分为正常对照组 (8例 ) ;单纯缺氧组 (8例 ) ;缺氧 +相对高钙组 (8例 ) ;缺氧 +高钙组 (8例 )。检测各组神经细胞内总钙 (TCa) ,游离钙 (Ca2 +i)及细胞外流中乳酸脱氢酶 (LDH)浓度变化。结果显示 :(1 )单纯缺氧组 ,缺氧 +相对高钙组 ,缺氧 +高钙组细胞内总钙、游离钙及外液中 L DH均高于正常对照组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;同时光镜中可见大量细胞死亡。 (2 )缺氧 +相对高钙组 ,缺氧 +高钙组细胞内总钙 ,游离钙及外流中 LDH均高于单纯缺氧组 (P<0 .0 5 ) ;光镜中可见更多细胞死亡。 (3)缺氧 +高钙组细胞内 TCa、Ca2 +、及 LDH浓度均高于缺氧 +相对高钙组 (P<0 .0 5 )镜中可见细胞死亡最多。提示 :神经细胞缺氧时 ,随着细胞外液中高浓度钙离子 ,神经细胞内钙沉积增加 ,从而加剧神经细胞的死亡。To study the ralationship of neuron hypoxic death with diffirent calcium concentration in extracellar fluid, Using methods to determeno TCa、C 2+ i and LDH in extracellular rat cortical neurons which divided into the following group: normal contral group (n=8), hypoxic group (n=8), hypoxic+high calcium concentration group (n=8), hypoxic+higher calcium concentration group (n=8). Results (1) TCa、Ca 2+ i、LDH concentration were higher in hypoxic group. hypoxic+high calcium concertration group and hypoxic+higher calcium concentration group than those in normal contral group (P<0.05). neuron died in light microscope. (2)TCa、Ca 2+ i、LDH concentration in hypoxic +high calcium concentration group and hypoxic+higher calcium concentra tion were higher than hypoxic group (P<0.05). more neuron died (3) TCa、Ca 2+ i、LDH concentration in hypoxic+higher calcium concentration group were higher than those in hypoxic+high calcium concentration group (P<0.05). nost neuron died Conclusions Therebore, it loao realized that The higher calcium concentration in extracellual fluid, the more calcium sediment in neuron. so that neuron died quickly
