摘  要:以不结球白菜品种‘上海青’的花蕾为材料,采用常规压片法对花粉母细胞减数分裂终变期染色体进行核型分析,并与根尖有丝分裂中期的染色体核型进行比较。结果表明:二者的核型公式均为2n=2x=20=10m+8sm(2SAT)+2st,其中第l、2、3、4.6对为中着丝粒染色体,第5、7、8、9对为近中着丝粒染色体,第10对为近端着丝粒染色体,第3对具有随体;核型类型属于2A型,为基本对称型。长度为1.1~1.5mm的花蕾,容易获得减数分裂终变期的分裂相。Using the flower buds, karyotype analysis of the diploid non-heading Chinese cabbage variety ' Shanghaiqing' during meiosis diakinesis in pollen mother ceils was conducted via conventional squash method with some improvements, and comparison of it to the chromosome karyotype of root tip was also made. The results showed the same karyotype formula of non-heading Chinese cabbage was 2n = 2x = 20 = lOm+8sm(2SAT) +2st, with 5 pairs of metacentric chromosomes ( 1,2,3,4,6) ,4 pairs of submetaeentric chromosomes ( 5,7,8,9 ) , and 1 pair of subtelocentrie chromosome ( 10 ), and all of two satellites appeared at the third pair of chromo- somes. The karyotype belonged to 2A type ,with ultimately symmetry karyotype. It is easy to get the phase of meiosis diakinesis when the length of the flower bud was about 1.1 -1.5 mm.
