摘　　要：为了解脂肪包被γ-氨基丁酸(GABA)对奶牛持续热应激的缓解效果,选用20头荷斯坦奶牛,随机均分为4组,每组5头,Ⅰ(对照组)、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组分别饲喂脂肪包被GABA(40%纯度)0、5、10和15 g·d-1。结果表明:饲喂15 d,各试验组血清GABA水平均高于Ⅰ组,且Ⅳ与Ⅰ组间差异显著(P<0.05);Ⅲ、Ⅳ组的促肾上腺激素释放激素(CRH)显著低于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组白介素(IL-2)显著高于其他3组;Ⅳ组IgG极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组(P<0.01)。饲喂30 d,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组血清GABA极显著高于Ⅰ、Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组促肾上腺激素(ACTH)极显著低于Ⅰ组;Ⅳ组皮质醇(COR)显著低于Ⅰ和Ⅱ组;Ⅳ组IL-2显著高于Ⅰ组;Ⅲ和Ⅳ组IgM显著高于Ⅰ组。添加脂肪包被GABA降低了奶牛直肠温度和呼吸频率,且在10和30 d,Ⅲ、Ⅳ组直肠温度极显著低于Ⅰ组,Ⅳ组呼吸频率显著低于Ⅰ组。结论:添加脂肪包被GABA,抑制了HPA轴激素的分泌,增强了机体的免疫力,其中以添加GABA 15 g·d-1效果最好。To investigate the alleviate effect of lipid coated y-aminobutyric acid （GABA） on the continuous heat stress of cow, 20 Holstein cows were selected and randomly divided into four groups with five replicates in each group, control group I , experimental group II ,llI and IV. The four groups were fed lipid coated GABA （40% purity） at the amount of 0,5,10 and 15 g. d-I, respectively. The results showed that the serum GABA concentration of each experimental group was higher than that of control group after 15 days and group IV was significantly different between group I （P〈0.05）;The concentrations of adrenocorticotropic hormone releasing hormone（CRH） of group ]]I and 1V were significantly less than those of group I and I] （P〈0.05） ;The serum IL-2 concentration of group IV was significantly higher than those of the other three groups （P〈0.05） ;The serum IgG concentration of group IV was extremely significantly higher than those of group I and ]] （P〈0.01）. The serum GABA concentration of group 1I and IV were extremely significantly higher than those of group ｜ and 11 after 30 days; The serum adrenocorticotropic hormone （ ACTH ） concentration of group IV was markedly significantly lower than those of group I ;The serum corticosterone （COR）concentration of group IV was significantly lower than those of group I and II ;The serum IL-2 concentration of group IV was significantly higher than that of group I （P〈0.05） ;The serum IgM concentration of group Ill and IV were significantly higher than that of group I （P〈 0. 05 ）. The rectal temperature and respiratory rate of cows were reduced with the addition of the coated GABA, and in the 10 and 30 days, the rectal temperature of group HI and IV was markedly significantly lower than that of group [ （P〈0.01）, the respiratory rate of group IV was significantly lower than that of group I Conclusion ： The hypothalamus-pituitary gland-adrenal gland （HPA） axis hormone production and the body immunity were enhanced
