摘 要:运用辽宁沿海经济带4个主要港口城市的港口吞吐量、GDP、工业总产值和社会消费品零售总额的数据,综合运用协整分析、脉冲响应和方差分解,探讨辽宁沿海经济带港口对城市发展的影响作用。结果显示:4个城市港口与城市发展间存在长期稳定的均衡关系。探讨了港口拉动城市发展的动力问题,在此基础上,将辽宁沿海经济带主要港口对城市发展的拉动效应分为3种类型:大连港属于工贸综合型港口,营口港属于工贸成长型港口,锦州港和丹东港属于波动型港口,进而分析了不同城市港口属于不同类型的原因。最后提出辽宁沿海经济带港口发展的对策建议。There is a close relationship between the harbor and city growth. With the data of harbor cargo volume, GDP, gross industrial output value and retail sales of consumer goods of four cities along Liaoning coastal economic zone, this paper, via cointegration analysis, impulse response function and variance decomposition, researches effect from port to city of Liaoning coastal economic zone. The results show that there is stable equilibrium relationship in four cities in long-term. The paper thoroughly discusses the motive forces of port pulling city development. On this basis, it divides pulling effect of port to city development into three categories:Dalian can be defined as comprehensive industry and trade port, Yingkou can he defined as crescive one, while Jinzhou and Dandong can be defined as fluctuant one. It also analyses the reasons why different city port belongs to different type. The countermeasures and suggestions that are beneficial to the ports' development of Liaoning coastal economic zone were put forward at last.
