不同剂量来曲唑在诱导排卵中对子宫内膜厚度影响的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨不同剂量来曲唑诱导排卵对子宫内膜厚度的影响。方法:将230名不孕症患者随机分4组,观察组172人,对照组58人;观察组分别口服不同剂量来曲唑(2.5mg、5mg、7.5mg),观察各组子宫内膜、卵泡、排卵及妊娠情况。结果:来曲唑2.5mg组子宫内膜厚度没有明显影响(P>0.05);5mg组用药后影响子宫内膜厚度(P<0.05),但hCG日子宫内膜厚度与对照组内膜厚度无统计学差异(P>0.05);7.5mg组子宫内膜厚度影响显著(P<0.05)。结论:来曲唑对子宫内膜厚度的影响存在量效关系。Objective： To explore the effect of different doses of letrozole on the endometrial thickness in infertile patients with ovulation induction. Methods： A total of 230 infertility patients were randomly divided into four groups. Women in the study groups received different doses of Letrozole （2.5 mg, 5 mg or 7.5 mg）, and those in the control group was in natural cycle. The endometrial thickness, the growth of the follicles and ovulation as well as the pregnancy rate were evaluated. Results： No significant impact of 2.Smg Letrozole on the endometrial thickness was found neither after treatment nor on the hCG day （P〉0.05）. And significant impact of 5mg Letrozole on the endometrial thickness was found during the treatment （P〈0.05）, but no impact on the hCG day （P〉0.05）. Meanwhile, significant impact of 7.Smg Letrozole on the endometrial thickness was found both after treatment and on the hCG day （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： Letrozole could influence the endometrial thickness in a dose--dependent manner.
