金融市场化改革提速中的冷思考——银行冒险激励视阈下的国外经验与启示

摘　　要：当前我国金融市场化改革正进入提速期,人们不免担心国内银行机构与金融监管制度是否已准备好。本文从金融市场化激励银行冒险的视阈,分析总结了在20世纪80、90年代实施金融自由化改革的国家或地区的银行冒险行为的共同特征,并为中国正在提速的金融市场化改革带来些冷静的经验参考与有益的启示。The reform of the financial marketization in China is currently entering the acceleration period, people worries whether the domestic banks and financial regulatory system has been ready. This paper, from the perspective of financial marketization incentives to banks＇ risk-taking, analyzes and summarizes the common features of the banks＇ risk-taking behavior in countries or regions where implemented financial liberalization reform from 1980＇s to 1990＇s, and brings some experience reference for the speeding-up financial marketization reform and beneficial enlightenment of banking supervision in China.
