摘　　要：现有文献尚缺乏对马英九执政台湾以来"陆资入台"政策的系统性研究。在两岸经贸合作不断深化的背景下,本文对马英九就任台湾地区领导人以来的"陆资入台"政策的执行效果、影响因素以及台湾当局的政策考量和未来趋势展开分析。The existing literature is still lack of systematic study on ＂Mainland Chinese Investment in Taiwan＂ （MCIIT） policy since Ma Ying-jeou＇s taken power in Taiwan. Under the background that the two sides across strait have signed agreements of services trade and agreement of goods trade is expected to be signed in the near future, this article analyzes the implementation effect and affecting factors of ＂Mainland Chinese Investment in Taiwan＂ （MCIIT） policy since Ma Ying-jeou＇s taken power in Taiwan, meanwhile the Taiwan authorities＇ policy considerations and future trends analysis are also given.
