摘　　要：目的了解ICU护士对导管相关性感染预防和控制措施实施情况,为降低导管相关性感染率提供有效的依据。方法采用简单随机抽样法选择医院87名ICU护士进行问卷调查,调查问卷为自行设计,对预防控制措施掌握情况及影响因素进行分析。结果集束干预策略实施情况调查结果属于合格范畴,平均得分为(27.4±4.9)分;ICU工作时间、护士类别、科室、集束干预策略培训、中心静脉导管制度是护士集束干预策略行为实施影响因素(P<0.05);工作时间(OR=0.19)、中心导管制度流程制定(OR=0.14)、护士种类(OR=0.11)、集束干预策略培训(OR=0.22)对护士实施集束干预策略有显著影响(P<0.05)。结论医院要积极培养ICU专科护理人才,完善相关的操作规范和护理指南,并对ICU护士进行集束干预策略培训,以保障集束干预策略的实施,降低导管相关性感染发生率。OBJECTIVE To study the situation that ICU nurses took prevention and control measures for catheter- related infections so as to provide effective basis for reducing the incidence of catheter-related infections. METHODS A total of 87 ICU nurses were selected randomly and conducted a self-design questionnaire survey, in order to analyze the situation of prevention and control measures and the risk factors. RESULTS The implementa- tion of preventive measures were collected and the average score of behavior was 27.4 ± 4.9, belonging to the cate- gory of qualified ; ICU nurses working time, category of nurses, departments, cluster intervention strategies train- ing, and central venous catheter system were the factors affeeting the nurse cluster intervention strategies imple- mentation （P〈0.05）. Working time （OR=0.19）, the central catheter system development process （OR=0.14）, category of nurses （OR=0.11）, cluster intervention strategies training （OR=0.22） had significant influence on the implementation of cluster intervention strategies by nurses （P〈0. 05）. CONCLUSION The hospital should train ICU clinical nursing specialist actively, complete the standards of relative operation and nursing guidelines and train the cluster intervention strategies to nurses, in order to make sure the implementation of cluster interven- tion strategies and reduce the incidence rate of catheter-related infections.
