摘  要:采用盆栽试验,研究了重金属镉(处理水平12 mg/kg土壤)胁迫下不同花生品种不同生长时期SOD、POD、CAT活性,叶绿素、MDA含量,电解质渗透率等主要生理指标的变化规律以及花生荚果、籽仁产量和出仁率的变化。结果表明,镉胁迫降低了3种抗氧化酶的活性,使MDA含量和电解质渗透率升高;降低了叶绿素总含量及荚果、籽仁产量和出仁率。主成分分析结果确定了叶绿素总含量、MDA含量和POD活性为初步筛选花生镉污染胁迫的诊断指标。综合分析,丰花3号、花育20号和鲁花12号对镉胁迫更敏感。In this study, the experiments were carried out with potted peanut under the press of 12 mg/kg cadmium to study the major physiological changes such as SOD, POD and CAT activities, chlorophyll and MDA contents and electrolyte leakage as well as pod and kernel yield and kernel percentage. The results showed that there were different influences of cadmium stress on different peanut varieties in physiological mechanism at different growth stages. Cadmium stress decreased the activity of SOD, POD and CAT, led to the increase of MDA content and electrolyte leakage, and also decreased the total chlorophyll content, pod and kernel yields and kernel percentage. The principal analysis confirmed total chlorophyll content, MDA content and POD activity as the diagnosis indicators for preliminary screening of cadmium polluted peanut. In general, the varieties of Fenghua 3, Huayu 20 and Luhua 12 were more sensitive to cadmium stress.
