河南省新型农村信息化发展路径探讨

摘　　要：通过对河南省新型农村信息化建设现状及存在问题进行分析,归纳概括了以粮食生产为主、农村人口居多的河南省当前新型农村信息化发展路径:一是通过发展农村现代信息服务业带动农村经济增长;二是大力推动信息技术和信息产品平民化,提升农民提供信息和使用信息的能力;三是推动新型农村社区信息化发展。In Henan province,most of the population are rural population and the food production is the main industry,so the developing paths of new rural informatization are summarized as fol- lows：the first is driving the rural economic growth through developing the modern information service industry; the second is promoting the ability of farmers to provide and use the information by pushing foi＇ward the plebification of information technology and information products;and the third is promoting the development of new rural community information.
