摘 要:采用荧光光谱法和分光光度法探讨了Cu2+与1-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰基)芘-硼酸络合物间的相互作用.结果表明,Cu2+使1-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰基)芘-硼酸络合物在379 nm和399 nm处的荧光猝灭,并且溶液颜色由无色变为浅黄色.在379 nm处,体系荧光强度变化与Cu2+浓度呈良好的线性关系,线性范围为2.5×10-6~4.0×10-5 mol/L,方法的检出限为1.2×10-6 mol/L.方法用于环境水样中铜的测定,回收率为97%~99%.初步探讨了反应机理,认为Cu2+与1-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰基)芘的强结合能力使1-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰基)芘-硼酸络合物分解,同时形成1-(3,4-二羟基苯甲酰基)芘-Cu2+络合物,导致体系荧光光谱和吸收光谱均发生明显变化.The interaction between Cu2+ and 1- investigated by fluorescence spectrometry and (3,4-dihydroxy benzoyl) pyrene-boric acid complex was spectrophotometry. The results showed that Cu2+ had fluorescence quenching effect on 1-(3,4-dihydroxy benzoyl) pyrene-boric acid complex at 379 nm and 399 nm and the color of its solution was changed from colorless to pale yellow. At 379 nm, the fluo- rescence intensity change showed a good linear relationship with Cu2+ concentration with linear range of 2.5 ×10^- 6-4.0 × 10^-5 mol/L and detection limit of 1.2 × 10^-6 mol/L. The method was applied to the determination of copper in environmental water samples and the recoveries were 97%-99%. The reaction mechanism was tentatively discussed as that the strong binding ability of Cu2+ with 1-(3,4-di- hydroxy benzoyl) pyrene caused the decomposition of 1-(3,4-dihydroxy benzoyl) pyrene-horic acid complex and simultaneous formation of 1-(3,4-dihydroxy benzoyl) pyrene-Cu2+ complex, leading to an significant change in the fluorescence and absorption spectrum of its system.
