摘 要:以带有取代基的水杨醛和各种带有取代基团的邻苯二胺为原料,合成了7种具有荧光性能的苯并咪唑基芳醛化合物。改进了实验方法,收率提高了20%左右。并使用核磁对产品进行了表征,研究其荧光性能。以2-(2-羟基苯基)苯并咪唑为对照,发现在不同位置引入醛基后荧光均有减弱,其中在苯并咪唑环上连有醛基使荧光强度明显减弱。并发现各种取代基团对苯并咪唑基芳醛化合物的荧光性能均有影响,其中硝基的消光作用明显。实验结果为进一步实验提供了重要的实验依据。Seven benzimidazole aryl aldehydes with fluorescent properties were synthesized from substituted salicylaldehydes and substituted o-phenylenediamines by improved technology with yield increase of 20% ,and their fluorescent properties were studied. Comparing with 2-(2-hydroxyphenyl)benzimidazole,it was found that the fluorescence intensity was decreased with an aldehyde group on the molecule, especially on the benzimidazole moiety. In addition, a variety of other substituents,for example nitro group, on benzimidazole aryl aldehydes were found to induce the decrease of the fluorescent properties. Further investigations are in progress.
