摘　　要：描述了产业融合的缘起、条件和进程,分析了中国旅游产业融合的现状。在上述背景下,详细说明了旅游产业融合引发新业态的形成,并对旅游新业态进行了新的定义和分类。The paper describes the origins,conditions and stage process of industrial convergence, analyzes the current situation of tourism industrial convergence in China. In this background, the paper depicts tourism industrial convergence creates many differ- ent new types of operation, and then discusses the definition of new operational types of tourism and classifies it. All these are significant to the development of tourism in the future.
