摘　　要：大都市新产业空间的快速发展是产业结构高级化、产业空间组织变革、城市经济多元化以及科技进步的综合效应,呈现出集聚形态多样性、空间融合渗透性、功能外部牵引性和象征性等特征;大都市新产业空间的培育是天津城市功能高级化和国际化的重要途径,应从完善新产业空间布局体系、优化新产业空间的内部要素、配套高技术支撑的基础设施系统、塑造独特地域文化景观风貌等方面寻求适应城市产业结构高级化、产业集群化和经济多元化发展的对策。The rapid development of metropolitan new industrial space, characterized by the diversified concentration form, spatial integration and penetration, external traction and symbolic function, etc., lies in the combined effects of industrial structure upgrade, industrial spatial organization transformation, urban economic diversification and technological progress. Cultivating metropolitan new industrial space is an important way to upgrade and internationalize the urban functions of Tianjin. Therefore, such measures as completing new industrial spatial layout system, optimizing its internal elements, supporting the high-tech infrastructure system and creating a unique geographical and cultural landscape should be taken so as to upgrade the industrial structure, promote the industrial concentration and boost the urban economic diversification
