昭通市农村土地流转问题研究

摘　　要：随着我国现代农业的发展,昭通市大量农村劳动力向非农产业转移,农村土地流转的规模逐步扩大,土地流转的速度逐渐加快,影响着农业产业发展,改变了农村社会环境.通过对昭通市农村土地流转的现状、动因、限制因素等问题进行分析研究,提出促进昭通农村土地流转的对策.With the development of modern agriculture,a large number of rural labor forces in Zhaotong are shifting to non-agricultural industries,as a result,both the scale and the speed of land circulation keep increasing,It has greatly influenced the development of agriculture and altered the social environment of rural areas.Based on the analysis and the study of the current situation,the cause and the limitation of Zhaotong’s land circulation,this paper is aimed at proposing some countermeasures to promote the land circulation of Zhaotong.
