摘　　要：校企合作是职业教育培养技能型人才的有效模式,是加强学校和企业资源整合,实现"共享与双赢"的最好选择.不过,对于国内不少高职院校而言,校企合作往往流于形式.实际操作中,学校和企业尚未形成紧密互动的长效机制,办学活力不足.通过对现行校企合作模式深入研究和探索实践,分析其得失,以求从中获得一些经验和启示,从而有助于更快更好地探索出一条培养技术应用型人才的有效途径.College--enterprise cooperation is the effective mode for vocational education to cultivate skilled personnel and the best choice to strengthen the resources integration between college and enterprise as to achieve sharing and double winning. However, there are many problems in the practice. This paper has studied the current problems and summa- rized the experience and insights as to find out an effective way to cultivate applied skilled personnel.
