人参药效成分合成与调控机制研究进展

摘　　要：本文综述了影响人参主要药效成分人参皂苷含量的生态因素及其生物合成途径的研究进展。指出从生理生态学与分子生物学角度,开展人参皂苷合成与积累规律的研究,阐明其影响的主导生态因子与生理调控机制,对于实现人参药材质量控制,选育人参优良品种,提高人参药效成分的稳定性,均具有重要指导意义。The paper summarized the research progress on the ecological effect factors of content of ginsenosides and their biosynthetic pathway, and indicated that it had important direction significances for realizing the quality control of ginseng, and for breeding new varieties of ginseng, and for boosting the stability of ginseng medicinal components, to research the biosynthetic and regulating laws of ginsenosides and to clarify the ecological effect factors and physiological regulation mechanisms.
