摘　　要：高等农业院校特别注重学生创新精神和创业能力的培养。文章从部分农业院校的实践条件、师资队伍、创新氛围、制度建设等方面入手,系统介绍了农业院校着力培养创新创业型人才的各种举措、实际效果及存在问题。通过对目前国内农业院校大学生创新创业平台建设的现状进行总结梳理,借鉴有效经验和成果,探索了新时期构建农业院校大学生创新创业平台的有效载体和方法。institutions of higher education, especially agricultural institutions, should aim at cultivating the ability of creating careers and generating the creative spirit. This thesis makes a systematic analysis on the existing problems, corresponding countermeasures and effects in ed- ucating creative students from the following 4 aspects of practical situation, teaching staff, in- novation environment, and system building by collecting samples from fixed agricultural insti- tutions. Meanwhile, effective carrier and policies are proposed to build a new era career-crea- ting platform of college students in agricultural institutions by summarizing effective experi- ences and practices in the platform building according to the latest achievements.
