人腰小肌肌亚部构筑特点和肌内神经的分支分布

摘　　要：目的研究腰小肌的肌构筑学特征及肌内神经的分支分布。方法运用肌构筑学法和改良的Sihler’s肌内神经染色法对10具成人尸体的腰小肌进行研究。结果腰小肌肌重(57.89±2.65)g,肌长(24.29±2.85)cm,左侧肌纤维长(13.13±1.33)cm,右侧肌纤维长(12.19±1.09)cm,羽状角(25.17±2.28)°,生理横切面积(1.94±0.17)cm2;支配腰小肌的神经于该肌外侧靠下缘处发出一支神经入肌,偏左侧肌束,此外肌质内可见一些细小的神经分支,分布于右侧肌束。结论腰小肌为一羽状肌,羽状构型的特点使腰小肌在收缩力和运动幅度上均有所增加;改良的Sihler’s肌内神经染色法使骨骼肌亚部的研究更加简单。Objective Study on architecture features and nerve branch and distribution of the human psoas minor. Methods 10 adult cadavers were used to study the muscle architectural features and the modified Sihler＇s intramuscular nerve staining method was used to study the human psoas minor. Results The muscle weight of psoas minor（57.89 ±2.65 g） ,muscle length（24.29 ±2.85 cm） left muscle fiber length（13.13 ± 1.33 cm） right muscle fiber length（ 12.19 ± 1.09 cm）, pinnation angle（25.17 ± 2.28） o and physiological cross sectional area （PCSA） （ 1.94 ± 0.17cm^2 ） were determined. Psoas mi-nor nerves is innervated in the muscles on the lower edge of the outer, issued a nerve entering, partially left bundle. In addition to muscle mass seen in some of the small nerve branches, it located in the right side of the bundle. Conclusion Psoas minor is a pinnate muscle, pinnate configuration characteristics make the psoas minor increased in the contractile force and range of motion; The modified Sihler＇ s in-tramuscular nerve staining method made the study of sub - compartment of skeletal muscle more simole.
