摘 要:为了解有机磷农药毒死蜱污染对本土水生敏感性物种斜生栅藻的毒性效应,在实验室条件下采用静态毒性实验。研究了草甘膦异丙胺盐对斜生栅藻96 h急性毒性效应,并在急性试验基础上分析了不同浓度草甘膦异丙胺盐存在14 d后斜生栅藻叶绿素含量、可溶性蛋白以及丙二醛含量。结果表明:草甘膦异丙胺盐的96 h EC50为619.12 mg/L,属低毒农药;草甘膦异丙胺盐对斜生栅藻叶绿素a抑制作用显著,故叶绿素a可作为毒性评价敏感性指标;斜生栅藻在前期短时间低浓度胁迫作用下能促进可溶蛋白、MDA含量的上升,但在后期长时间高浓度的胁迫作用下,对斜生栅藻产生实质性的损伤至死亡,以胁迫作用后期可溶蛋白含量和MDA含量的下降体现出来。In order to understand the effect of pollution by chlorpyrifos of organophosphorus pesticide on the Scenedesmus obliquus, 96 h acute response of Scenedesmus obliquus to chlorpyrifos was investigated on the indoor condition using static toxicity test. Based on the acute environment and chronic environment, analysis was done to show the content of Chlorophyll a, solute protein and MDA in Scenedesmus obliquus when they were exposed to different concentrations of chlorpyrifos after 14 d. Results showed that 96 h ECso of glyphosate-isopropylammonium was 619.12 mg/L which belongs to lowly toxic pesticide. Since glyphosate-isopropylammonium' s impact on the Chlorophyll a of Scenedesmus obliquus is obvious, it could be used as a sensitive indicator of toxicity evaluation. Low concentration of glyphosate-isopropylammonium could promote the content of solute protein and MDA in the early experiments, while under long time and high concentration duress in the later experiments, Scenedesmus obliquus have produced substantial injury to death that shows by the content of solute protein and MDA decrease.
