产油小球藻与常见蓝藻共存的生长关系研究

摘  要:将产油小球藻HQ(Chlorella sp.HQ)分别与蓝藻水华鱼腥藻(Anabaena flos-aquae)、惠氏微囊藻(Microcystis wesenbergii)以不同初始接种密度比(1∶1、1∶5、5∶1)混合培养,发现等接种密度共存时水华鱼腥藻及惠氏微囊藻的生长能力均于培养第4 d起强于小球藻HQ;小球藻HQ与水华鱼腥藻共存时的生长能力(kapp=-23.45×104个/(mL·d))强于与惠氏微囊藻(kapp=-47.61×104个/(mL·d))。非等接种密度共存环境中,水华鱼腥藻和惠氏微囊藻的生长能力均强于与其接种密度相同的小球藻HQ。等接种密度共存环境中的小球藻HQ相比于非等接种密度共存环境具有更强的生长潜力(与水华鱼腥藻:rm1=(0.17±0.06)d-1,μ1=(0.22±0.11)d-1;与惠氏微囊藻:rm2=(0.75±0.13)d-1,μ2=(0.49±0.04)d-1)。不同初始接种密度比、不同混培藻种对小球藻HQ对数期的生长能力影响不明显(P>0.05)。该研究为小球藻HQ应用于水质深度净化与高价值生物能生产耦合技术提供数据参考。The co-existing growth relationships of ChloreUa sp. HQ were studied with common cyanobacteria Anabaena flos-aquae and Microcystis wesenbergii respectively with different inoculation ratios (1:1, 1:5 and 5:1). Results showed Anabaena and Microcystis growth ability was stronger than 'ChloreUa in co--existing environments with initial inoculation ratio of 1:1 since the 4th cultivation day; Chlorella growth ability with A. flos-aquae (k~=-23.45x10* cells" mL-1" d-1) was stronger than that with M. wesenbergii (k~=-47.61 xl04 cells "mL-1 .d-l). Among the non-equidensity-inoculation co-existing environments Anabaena and Microcystis both grew stronger than Chlorella with the same inoculation density(lxl06 cells" mL-1). In co-existing environments with initial inoculation ratio of 1:1 Chlorella strains had a stronger growth potential compared with those in the non-equidensity-inoculation environments (with A. flos-aquae: r~=(0.17+_0.06) d-1,/z1=(0.22_+0.11) d-1 with M. wesenbergii: r=(0.75+0.13) d-~,/~2=(0.49-+0.04) d-l). The growth abilities of Chlorella sp.'HQ in its exponential growth phase were not significantly influenced by the inoculation ratios and species of co-existing cyanobacterium in the environments (P〉0.05). This study would provide reference for the utilization of lipid-producing Chlorella sp. HQ in the coupling technology of wastewater deep purification and high quality biomass production.
